Customizing Your Brand public pages for Optimal Use

TheGoldScarf allows brands to customize several of their public web pages, such as "About Us," "FAQ," , and return policy. To make these customizations, follow these steps:

Access the Brand Dashboard: Go to the settings page and navigate to the "Customize" tab.

Customize Pages: On this page, brands can customize their "About", and return policy page and see a real-time preview of how it will appear on the web app.

Update FAQs: Brands can add multiple questions and answers to their FAQ section, which will be displayed on their contact page on the eccomerce page.

Select a Brand Banner: Go to Settings, Navigate to the account tab and Choose a brand banner that will be displayed on your brand page within the web app. This Banner is displayed for new brands.

When customers navigate to your brand page on the eccomerce app, they will be able to access all of this information seamlessly.
