Everything you need to know as a brand about TheGoldscarf order management

Description of the image When a customer places an order, you will receive a notification from TheGoldScarf. By navigating to your brand account, you can view order information such as payment status, number of products, order ID, and more on the orders table page.

To access details about a specific order, click on the order in the orders table. This will take you to the order's page, where you can see all the information, including the delivery address. Description of the image

When an order is shipped, TheGoldScarf handles the shipping process. The pending order is then marked as "Shipped," notifying the customer about the shipment.

Once the customer receives the order, its status is updated to "Completed" on the order page.

Payout – The payout for an order is cleared and available for withdrawal once the order status is marked as "Shipped."
